Free shipping on all US orders. 4-5 business days for your order to be processed.
How long does shipping take?
Items will ship within one week. Made to order pieces ship in 8-10 days.

Do you customize products?
Any product can be customized to the customer's measurements. You can email us at kajal@kajalnewyork.com with your measurements for assistance.
All of the customized products will be considered as Made To Order. Check our sizing chart (under each product) and send us your bust, waist and hip measurements. Along with your height.
Height options:
- Petit: 5'1" to 5'3"
- Regular: 5'4" to 5'7"
- Tall: 5'8" to 5'10"
Our models are around 5'8" to 5'10" and wear a sample size XS or S.
What is your international shipping policy?
International orders will arrive in approximately 8-10 business days. Shipping rates and shipment times depend on where you are located. Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary from country to country. Get in touch with your local customs office for custom charges.
What is your return policy?
Returns are free of charge within the US. International Returns will be billed to the customer.
Ready to wear and accessories can be returned or exchanged 14 days after received. Made to Order products are non-refundable. We provide free alterations for these products but it is the customers responsibility to provide accurate measurements.
Ready to wear items can be returned and should be in original condition, not worn or damaged. Reach out to kajal@kajalnewyork.com for assistance with returns.
