What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping on all US orders. 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

How long does shipping take?

Items will ship within 3-4 days unless a Pre-Order. 

Do you customize products?

The product can be customized to the customer's measurements. You can email us at kajal@kajalnewyork.com for these requests.

All of the customizing products will be considered as Made To Order and may incur extra charges.

What is your international shipping policy?

International orders will arrive in approximately 8-10 business days. Shipping rates and shipment times depend on where you are located. Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary from country to country. Get in touch with your local customs office for custom charges.

What is your return policy?

Returns are free of charge within the US. International Returns will be billed to the customer.

Products can be returned or exchanged 30 days after received. The item should be in original condition, not worn or damaged. Reach out to kajal@kajalnewyork.com for assistance with returns.
