Returns are free of charge within the US. Products can be returned or exchanged 14 days after the order has been delivered. The item should be in original condition, not worn or damaged. Reach out to kajal@kajalnewyork.com for assistance with returns.

Made to Order products are final sale and our atelier will provide any alterations free of charge. 

Measurements Responsibility

Customers who provide their measurements and receive size recommendations or have a custom order made based on the measurements they provide must ensure that the measurements are accurate. It is important to note that if the item does not fit due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, the item will be considered final sale. In such cases, no store credit, exchanges, or refunds will be issued, as the responsibility for providing correct measurements lies solely with the customer.
