Shipping policy

 

Free shipping on all US orders. Allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.

After your purchase, your order will be processed and shipped out within 2 weeks.

Many items at Kajal New York are made to order in our atelier, check our measurement chart (in the product description) for your size. If you're unsure about sizing, email us at kajal@kajalnewyork.com with your measurements and assistance. We also offer custom sizing, click the Private Order Request Form (Button on the bottom right corner of each product) and a member of our atelier will guide you through measurements.

Once you place your custom order and it is accepted, we begin production. Production takes 8-10 days.

International orders will arrive in approximately 2 weeks. Shipping rates and shipment times depend on where you are located. Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary from country to country. Get in touch with your local customs office for custom charges.
